Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy; so you have 30 days after receipt of your item to request a return at no cost to you.
To be eligible for a return your item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unworn / unused, and in its original beautiful packaging. You’ll also need your order number for proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@seed2stone.com. Please make the subject "Return." We are here to make it go smoothly.
If your return is accepted, we’ll email a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We do not offer returns on Custom Orders or Special Orders.

Damages and Other Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if it's defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it just right. When you're happy, we are happy.
Exceptions
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards or Flat Back Titanium posts or Insertion tools.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want: return the item you have (shipping is fast!). Once you receive notification that your return is accepted, start a new separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and inform you whether or not it's approved. If approved, you’ll automatically be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
