Start up high and gently push the cuff all the way around your cartilage, so that it gets into the ear. Pull down until you feel it is holding and do a little test, pulling it and making sure it is on.

Are lab-grown diamonds real?

Absolutely! Lab-diamonds are chemically, physically and optically the same as mined diamonds. After they are grown from a seed in a lab, they go through the exact same cutting, polishing and grading processes as mined diamonds. You can only tell the difference between them by sending them to a lab for screening.

Is the metal hypo allergenic?

Yes! All of our sterling silver and 14K gold is NICKEL FREE. We also use rhodium plating on our sterling silver to help keep the metal bright white and keep it from tarnishing quickly.

Does the silver tarnish?

Our sterling silver is rhodium plated to keep it from tarnishing. All metals will eventually oxidize but we use a very heavy plating of rhodium to slow that process. If something does tarnish, please use a polishing cloth with compound in it to easily clean the item. All of our pieces come with a Seed2Stone polishing cloth to help you to sparkle better.

How do I get the right fit?

We have a lot of size charts but if you need more measurements or help determining size -- CONTACT US and we will work with you with images to measure your size. WE HAVE WAYS TO FIGURE IT OUT!

And, we have a 30 day return policy so that you can try something on and make sure it is the fit you are looking for, exchange or get a refund.

Are ALL styles available in 14K gold?

Most GOLD styles are in stock. But, ALL of our styles can be Made to Order in 14K yellow gold. If you see something in silver that is not shown in gold, please CONTACT US and we will get it on the website for you.
